Stephen J. Martinez PA-C, SSRP, IFMP
Stephen J. Martinez, PA-C is a certified physician assistant who specializes in functional and energy medicine. He is passionate about helping hard working men and women who wish to become the best version of themselves, regain their vitality, strength and energy. His clients achieve their goals due to his ability to customize therapeutic routines designed to help them achieve cellular efficiency and communication.
He is nationally certified in Bioiddentical hormone replacement therapy, holds an A4m (American Academy of Anti-Aging medicine) and SSRP (Seeds Scientific Research and Performance) National Peptide certifications, and also an Institute of Functional Medicine Practitioner.
He is originally from Yakima, Washington. After serving in the United States Air Force, he graduated Phi Sigma Theta Honors Society from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
He is the founder of Restore Wellness RGV Center for Functional and Regernative Medicine and Co-founder of GROOV Wellness Center for Energy Optimization.
When Steve is not practicing regenerative medicine, he enjoys participating in Triathlons and Bodybuilding. He is supported by his lovely wife Michelle and his adventurous little boy Maximilian.

Outside of work, Paola pursues her passion for bodybuilding, preparing for competitive shows that showcase her dedication and discipline. She cherishes her time with family, friends, and pets, finding joy and balance in their company.

Lily is a vibrant advocate for holistic wellness. Her passion lies in witnessing our guests not only reclaim their vitality but also thrive in their pursuit of wellness, becoming their happiest and healthiest selves. She approaches her role with empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of the profound impact that nutrition and lifestyle choices can have on overall well-being. She operates from the philosophy that we are all unique, all things matter, and everything is connected. For the past 4 years, Lily’s role has included meeting with our guests after each visit and answering any additional questions, as well as, educating them on the importance of lifestyle changes and supplementation.
Lily is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Functional Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. Because she understands that everyone is different, she hopes to help educate and create tailored programming for individuals when it comes to diet, exercise, and stress-management techniques.
Additionally, Lily loves diving into topics such as exercise physiology, nervous system regulation, techniques to enhance sports performance, self-care practices, and cultivating a holistic approach to wellness. In her spare time, Lily enjoys spending time in nature, running, weight lifting, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.

Isabel Peralez

Isabel was first introduced to functional medicine in 2019 as a guest. From that moment on it sparked her passion and strong belief to advocate for functional medicine. Isabel brings with her many years of administrative experience that she implements on a daily basis with a multitude of tasks from answering calls, welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, preparing orders, ordering medical supplies and supplements, and assisting with medical duties/prep.
Isabel’s experience and her passion to serve others is a welcomed and added strength to the team.
Outside of work Isabel loves spending time with her family going to the beach, beginning to travel, as well as serving as a greeter at her home church. Isabel has just started her journey in physical fitness and has been working out with a trainer. She is enjoying being pushed outside of her comfort zone and discovering new areas of strength as she is determined not to be limited by age.
